The Associate Producer will assist with the development and live operations of our engine or game services.  We’re looking for an individual who excels in organization, has superb communication abilities, is technically minded, and is comfortable managing the schedules of complex engineering projects.


 The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining schedules schedules considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful feature releases

  • Supporting the team by running daily stand-ups, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and otherwise keeping the team stay organized and on track

  • Providing transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders in order to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases

  • Tracking live issues affecting end users and ensure they are being followed up on and resolved

  • Working closely with engineers and producers to ensure they have the support and communication needed to ship

  • Organizing and recording meeting activity, and providing actionable notes

  • Representing task status to other producers and leads

  • JIRA task, bug entry, and maintenance

  • Other duties and responsibilities as defined by the manager


 The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban
  • Knowledge of software development process, project management
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
  • Exceptional communications skills both oral and written
  • Strong preference to applicants with programming or other technical experience
