Epic Games is looking for a Digital Analyst to join our growing publishing organization. In this role, you'll directly contribute to improving the communication and experiences of Epic’s customers. The primary objective of the position is understanding user behavior and providing insights, so that Epic can best serve our gamers and developers. In this role you will take initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Building a deep understanding of our products and become the de-facto expert on all web analytics data collected

  • Working with product & marketing managers to define learning objectives, KPIs and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction

  • Collaborating with various Epic teams to inform design, content and user experience development decisions

  • Leading analytics implementation and data validation process for new site/product releases working closely with engineers to structure event tracking

  • Producing A|B and Multivariate Testing from concept to execution

  • Performing in-depth analysis on data to provide insights to the publishing, development, teams and other stakeholders

  • Creating custom analytic dashboards enabling product and publishing teams to quickly view select KPIs and metrics independently

The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Minimum 4 years professional experience as a Web or Digital Analyst

  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics and other commercial packages and tools

  • Professional experience using HTML and SQL

  • Demonstrated understanding of web analytics best practices

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially related to data reporting and presentations

  • Passion for video games and knowledge of the industry
