Epic Games is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer with a gorgeous portfolio of work to support our Creative Services and Video departments. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing in-house marketing team, and make a direct impact on the high-quality experiences associated with all of Epic's titles.  

The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Translate high level visual design concepts from Epic's games and brand guidelines into marketing and video assets 

  • Take designs for website layouts, digital ads, and infographics and incorporate them into your motion design

  • Work collaboratively with Creative and Video teams on mock-ups and finished production-ready creative

  • Designing, pitching, animating, and seeing project through completion

  • Work quickly and maintain a high quality bar for design and design best practices

The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Exceptional portfolio of motion graphics, animations, and a breadth of work showing range and consistently-sophisticated creative style 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Adobe After Effects and the Creative Suite 

  • Comfortable creating and working with 2D and 3D elements 

  • Experience meeting needs of creative teams providing assets across all marketing channels

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Strong ability to take direction and feedback that improves quality

  • Passion for video game technology

  • Experience working in the Unreal Engine 4 a plus

  • Experience working with e-sports
