Epic is looking for a digital-first marketer who understands the importance of building strong relationships and programs that are backed up by data. Influencers, streamers, and content creators are an important part of our marketing mix and we need someone who has experience creating content and working with creative partners to empower and enable them to make great content with our brands and IP.  The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

·       Managing and driving projects to foster effective content and viewership growth by partnering with high-growth content creators

·       Developing and maintaining strong relationships with top creators across platforms

·       Working with the team to enhance and improve the tools available to content creators

·       Analyzing campaigns and partnerships to provide ROI analysis to optimize content marketing

·       Communicating key partner metrics and programs to both content partners and game marketing teams

·       Prioritizing, traffic and producing content that will engage the interest and enthusiasm of gamers around the world for our products

·       Maximizing reach across platforms and partners, staying on top of competitive trends and new innovations in the content creator space

 The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Experience with talent, partners, influencers, account management, etc.
  • Experience with live streaming and VOD content creation and management
  • Strong understanding of content creation and consumption
  • Strong creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to talk the language of data/ROI analysis and write basic queries
  • Ability to write strategic briefs to drive marketing campaigns and activations
  • Experience evaluating creative materials and assets based on strategic briefs
  • Experience creating marketing programs and events
  • Excellent partner management skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Advertising agency experience is a bonus
