Epic Games Korea is looking for a  Game Community Manager.  The person in this role will be a lead voice for Epic Games in the Korean market. In addition to the community aspect of the role, you will also have a voice in developing and executing marketing strategies for the and coordinating events in the region.

 The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining relations with community leaders and influencers
  • Supporting social media communication and campaigns
  • Planning and executing community events and promotions
  • Supporting new upcoming MOBA title related communication and promotions 
  • Assisting in content creation 
  • Monitoring official community sites, fan sites and other online community sites
  • Delivering community opinions and feedback to the development team 
  • Ensuring effective communication between Epic games and game communities

 The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Excellent written Korean communication skills 
  • Experience launching prep for PC online title is a must
  • Deep understanding of e-sports leagues
  • 5+ years experience working with live operation team as Community Manager within the online PC game industry
  • Experience operating own blog, YouTube channel, Afreeca TV channel/media is a plus

  • 커뮤니티 채널 트렌드에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 신규 채널 전략/방향 수립
  • 커뮤니티 모니터링을 통해 유저의 불만/불편사항의 수집 및 해결 방안 모색
  • 게임 업데이트 및 각종 신규 소식에 대한 공지 작성
  • 유저만족감 증대를 위한 각종 이벤트 및 프로모션 기획 및 진행


  • 게임산업 혹은 IT 업계에서 3년 이상 커뮤니티  매니저 업무 수행 경험
  • 최근 트렌드를 반영한 감각있는(찰진) 한국어 글쓰기 능력
  • 다양한 커뮤니케이션 채널 ( 기자미팅,소셜미디어,블로그등)에 대한 경험
  • 대전 게임 장르 운영에 대한 이해 및 플레이 경험
  • 이스포츠에 대한 이해 및 지속적인 관심
  • 개인블로그 및 소셜 미디어 운영 경험 우대
  • 동영상 제작 및 방송 경험자 우대
  • 영어 능력을 향상 시킬 의사가 있으신 분
