Training Program Manager

The Training Program Manager for our Enterprise team will ensure that learning materials and training operations are defined, up to date and properly executed. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, that can keep the pace steady and remain focused and customer oriented. Additionally, this person will be responsible for building a training partners ecosystem that will deliver training to Epic Enterprise licensees.
The person in this role will be responsible for the following:
Interacting with licensees and stakeholders to identify and define Epic’s Enterprise training needs
Creating overall Unreal Engine training plans for AEC, M&E and Manufacturing markets
Coordinating the creation of Unreal Engine training courses and materials with subject matter experts
Maintaining a strong understanding of training trends, developments and best practices in targeted markets
Monitoring and evaluating training program’s effectiveness and success and reporting on them
Ensuring continuity and consistency across all learning content (documentation, knowledge base, self-service and instructor lead training)
Building a partner network of certified instructors, defining recruiting, success and evaluation criteria
Organizing training agendas and coordinating training activities with sales and solution specialists
Supporting the development of tailor training programs as necessary with internal experts
The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:
Experience building and training departments for a large organization
Experience leading or actively participating in different learning/educational related departments (documentation, online training, instructor lead training, etc.
Experience creating and executing training plans with input from product management and licensees
Experience managing teams of instructors, developers, project coordinators, and graphic artists
